Market: Poland win
Odds:
Looking to end their qualifying campaign on a high after booking their spot at next year s European Championships, Poland will welcome Slovenia to Warszawa on Tuesday night.
Starting with the hosts, putting in another eye-catching display to clinch three points out in Isreal over the weekend it really has been a successful Group G campaign for Poland. Knowing that three more points on Tuesday will see them land their spot as group winners, Jerzy Brzęczek s men have won their last three matches on the bounce. Led by Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski who already has a stunning 26 strikes for club and country since opening the 2019/2020 campaign, Poland have won seven of their nine qualifying matchups and they have tasted defeat just once across any format since November 2018.
As for the visitors, while Slovenia may have picked up a surprise 2-0 win over Poland back in June, they have shown some real signs of a struggle at the back end of qualifying. Losing two of their last three Group G appearances, including back-to-back defeats against Austria and North Macedonia, Matjaž Kek s men have long since been unable to secure an automatic spot at EURO 2020. A huge part of Slovenia s recent struggles have come down to their performances on foreign soil. Tuesday s guests have recorded just a single victory away from the Stadion Stožice since June 2018. Given the recent gulf in class between the two nations, we re confident that Poland will end their qualifying campaign with three points and top spot in Group G.
Bet: Poland 1/2 to beat Slovenia in Tuesday s EURO 2020 qualifier
