Arsenal make ‘approach’ for Ukrainian who Arteta is ‘in love with’ ahead of Euro 2024

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is in love with Girona winger Viktor Tsygankov and wants to bring him to the Emirates Stadium this summer, according to reports.
